Sok Sabay- a chance to give back
For the 7th year, the ISS Middle School is proposing an opportunity to motivated Grade 7 and 8 students who would like to visit and do activities with the children of the Sok Sabay shelter in Phnom Penh, Cambodia http://www.soksabay.org/home/ during the October 2018 Week Without Walls.
The aim of this trip is, as always, to share a little kindness and make a difference in the daily life of the underprivileged. This very engaging service and action trip generally extends our ISS Middle School Student’s awareness and understanding about some issues of our regional community. The trip also introduces them to a deep sense of what service means.

The courage of a dreamer The innocence of youth The failures and the foolishness That lead us to the truth The hopes that make us happy The hopes that don't come true And all the love there ever was I see this all in you You are part Part of the human heart You are part Of all who took the journey And managed to endure The ones who knew such tenderness The ones who felt so sure The ones who came before you The others yet to come And those who you will teach it to And those you learned it from You are part Part of the human heart You are part Tonight Tonight Part of the human heaaaaaaart...
